A little about me
I was drawing floor plans long before I was showing houses.
I grew up in Arizona, spent eight years in Boston, then came home. I’ve watched this part of the Valley change quite a bit along the way. I was also a house person long before real estate became my job. As a kid, I was constantly rearranging my room and drawing floor plans for houses I wanted to live in someday, so apparently some things stick.
I still look at houses that way. I can love the architecture, an original detail or the way a room catches the light, while I’m also thinking about the workmanship, the lot, the maintenance and what the house will actually be like to own.
